The new 2016 Ford F-150 XL is a lot of truck, well-built on a solid foundation with a great set of reasonably priced available features, concludes Automobile magazine in a new review which describes a week writer Chris Nelson spent with the truck.

640 × 480?

To begin, there is the absolutely fantastic available 2.7-liter twin-turbo V-6, says Nelson.

An inexpensive equipment package, 101A, adds humble niceties such as cruise control and power windows, which include the SuperCab’s rear half-door windows. Options include a rearview camera, storable tailgate step, a 36-gallon fuel tank in place of the standard 23-gallon tank, and a spray-in bedliner.

The FX4 off-road package adds skidplates, hill-descent control, off-road suspension dampers, and an electronically locking rear differential with a shorter final drive. The towing package pairs a Class IV receiver with Ford’s all-new Pro Trailer Backup assist system, which lets you steer a trailer with a knob while the F-150 controls its own steering and speed.

All of this can be added to the base F-150 for a very reasonable cost. If you're in the market for a new truck, come in today to test drive the new 2016 Ford F-150. Our showroom is conveniently located at 905 Brady Avenue in Steubenville, or call (740) 283-4131 to schedule an appointment.
